What is the shelf life of Pintola Peanut Butter?
Most of our peanut butters have a shelf life of 9 to 12 months from the date of manufacture. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and keeping the lid tightly closed to maintain freshness.
Does Pintola use any hydrogenated oils or palm oil?
No, we take pride in our 'All Natural' range which contains 100% roasted peanuts with zero hydrogenated oils, palm oil, or added preservatives.
How long does shipping take for my order?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Why is there a layer of oil on top of my peanut butter jar?
Oil separation is a natural process in high-quality, natural peanut butter. Since we don't use stabilizers, the peanut's natural oil rises to the top. Simply stir it back in and enjoy!
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns if the item is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong product was delivered. Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery.
Are Pintola products suitable for vegans?
Yes, a majority of our products, including our Classic and All-Natural Peanut Butters, are 100% vegan-friendly and plant-based.
